Your driver, Lexx recently picked me up at LAX to drive me over to Quinn Emanuel in downtown LA and I wanted to let you know of the extra effort he put in to track down my luggage. I really appreciate the efforts he made to locate it.
I was on an early morning flight and for some reason my luggage did not make it onto the flight but the airline agent told me it would be on the next flight. Lexx then volunteered that he was coming back to the airport at that time and then said he would find and bring my luggage to the office for me. I was going to be on a call later that morning and did not have time to deal with the luggage, so Lexx also made sure the luggage found its way into the Quinn Emanuel offices and it was then brought to me where I was taking my call.
Lexx’s proactive-ness and professionalism were very much appreciated and I felt he should be recognized for his service.
